I designed the User Interface for the E-Office Mobile App, enabling a seamless transition from manual to digital processes and improving document processing efficiency by 50%. I also developed DigiTeam, an internal HR platform that simplifies attendance logging and work hour tracking, streamlining workforce management.

In the Sapawarga app, I enhanced the grievance handling feature and built a grievance management dashboard used by all relevant stakeholders, ensuring more efficient issue resolution. Additionally, I designed and developed the Pramuka Jabar app, providing essential information and facilities for scout members across West Java, making resources more accessible to the scouting community.

Beyond application design, I maintained and expanded UI components in the Jabar Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across various digital products. Currently, I am involved in product discovery for a new ticketing management system that supports over 15 attractions and 5 events managed by the West Java government, with the numbers continuously growing.

I designed the Dashboard Chatbot Builder, enabling users to create chatbot conversations seamlessly without any coding, making automation more accessible and user-friendly.

In addition, I designed landing pages that served as essential tools for the business and marketing teams, helping to drive engagement and conversions effectively.

I developed the end-to-end design of the Caterin mobile and web apps, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across platforms.

In addition to product design, I created marketing materials to support brand campaigns, reinforcing brand identity and messaging. I also designed engaging social media content to enhance audience interaction and strengthen customer engagement.

I oversaw the overall design of DycodeX, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. As an enabler for the IoT community, known as Makestro, I played a key role in fostering engagement by creating marketing kits and managing social media content to amplify the brand’s presence and reach.
